
Ana Lalić Hegediš
Ana Lalić Hegediš is a journalist and editor with over two decades of experience, primarily focused on investigative and socially engaged reporting, especially for regional outlets like Nova.rs.
She currently serves as the executive director of the Independent Journalists’ Association of Vojvodina (NDNV), where she has been recognized for her uncompromising defense of the public’s right to full and timely information.
She was the only journalist in Europe arrested for reporting during the COVID-19 pandemic, after writing about the lack of medical equipment at the Clinical Center of Vojvodina.
