Katia Mierzejewska

Katia is Communications and Media Officer at ARTICLE 19 Europe, where she leads strategies to amplify the impact of research and advocacy on human rights and freedom of expression across Europe and Central Asia.

Previously, Katia worked as a journalist covering Southern Europe and Latin America, focusing on social stratification, gender inequality, precarity, and socio-political upheavals. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Security Studies from the University of Warsaw.
